Summer Goals

I'm a list person. Always have been, probably always will be. It's how I organize my crazy thoughts into a cohesive bundle that makes some kind of sense. In the re-examination of my life I considered abandoning my lists but they are my security blanket, so for now I will continue to make them and check things off. In the spirit of summer I made a list of goals I hope to accomplish.

- Eat Better: find a balance of good foods to eat, by eating my veggies with every meal.

- Get Cooking: try to cook and bake healthier snacks and meals to help me stay on track. Try to cook one new recipe a week.

- Take a class: pick one or two workout classes at the gym to try and go to at least one every week

- start a band: get a group of people together who love music and perform local gigs at least a couple times a month for fun

- Read a book: or 12. The point is to get back into reading for pleasure again. Try to read 2 books a month.

- Find Adventure: Try to experience at least one new things a week whether that be eating at new restaurants, exploring different parts of Indiana, try out a new hobby or sport, or just travel. The point is to get out of my comfort zone

- Rock the internship: Give it my all every day because hard work doing what you love makes life worth living

- give some wings: work for that $$$ by giving people energy one Red Bull at a time

- Keep Track: Post on the blog every couple days with recipes, pictures, thoughts, music, etc
